As a Manager of Sales Administration you will act as a Market liaison supporting the management team, sales team and manage a staff of three administrative coordinators. In this role you will:
* Manage administrative team

  • Manage MarketPOINT offices in Torrance

  • Maintain CMS Compliance Files

  • Perform Field Evaluation Audits for Market

  • Track and maintain up to date licensure for Sales Team

  • Support broker field sales trainings, benefit presentations & orientations

  • Maintain a balanced administrative budget

  • Prepare New Hire onboarding

  • Conduct escalated member issue resolution

  • Coordinate Business Plan data 2 times yearly

  • Manage distribution of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

    Role Essentials

  • Active CA Health & Life Insurance License

  • Completion of Humana Sales Certification process

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • This role is part of Humana’s Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
