What You Will Be Doing
The ideal candidate will have experience taking innovative medical device products from concept to launch in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Work with business and customer stakeholders (both external and internal) to define product objectives and requirements
Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet market needs in a timely manner based upon available resources
Develop and maintain program management deliverables as defined ourQuality Management System, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
Lead internal and external product development team(s) to deliver on time and with the quality required
Manage product release through design transfer to manufacturing and market or clinical launch
Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution.
Ensure business processes are in place to support launch of the product
Accountable for on time product delivery, product objectives and program costs
Facilitate communication across programs and to senior management
What You Need for this Position
Must have degree in Systems or Electrical engineering
Must have 3 to 5 years of Program Management or Technical Management experience in the medical device field
Must have proven track record of launching a 510(k) or PMA supplement product
Class II/III products
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
