Robert Half Office Team Office Assistant in Los Angeles, California

A West LA Events and Production company is in search of an office coordinator on a long term temporary basis. For the right candidate, this could potentially become a full time role. Duties for the role include answering the phones and directing calls, distributing mail, doing coffee runs, stocking the kitchen and unloading the dishwasher. The candidate will also oversee all ordering of supplies and meals and light data entry as well as special administrative projects. If this position were to go full time it would pay up to $40K full time.
