We're currently working with a Real Estate company in the heart of DTLA who are in need of an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As the Administrative Assistant your duties will include creating marketing materials in InDesign, assisting with data entry, documentation and paperwork and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of administrative or office experience, intermediate to advanced InDesign skills, intermediate Excel and a proven ability to work well in a team.
