Robert Half Office Team Front Desk Coordinator in Hollywood, California

An upscale Hollywood hotel is in search of two front desk coordinators on a temporary to full-time basis. This is a fast paced role where the candidate will be facing with high-profile clients. Duties for the role include answering phones, greeting guests, directing guests to different areas to the hotel, and booking rooms. The candidate will also be handling concierge duties for the clients. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable multi-tasking.
