A financial services company based in Century City is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be assisting a team of 2 Advisors with making travel arrangements, calendar management, meeting arrangements, drafting and preparing documentation, and other duties as needed. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented and has great follow up skills. Previous Financial Services, Banking or Professional Services experience a huge plus as is a degree.
